# Executive Summary

**Gavedu (GVDT) is a DePIN — a decentralized physical infrastructure network — that pays for real Wi-Fi in India.** We deploy physical public Wi-Fi hotspots under India's official **PM-WANI** framework, monetize them with Google Ads, and settle the operator and investor economy on the **Base Layer-2 blockchain**.

Unlike speculative crypto projects, GVDT is backed by things you can see and check: real routers at real locations run by registered local operators, a public token contract, and a public on-chain node registry.

## In one picture: three simple loops

1. **Consumer loop (free internet).** A user connects to a Gavedu hotspot, watches a Google Ad, earns reward points in the app, and spends those points for Wi-Fi minutes. No wallet, no gas, no crypto knowledge. Google Ad revenue is real fiat income for the company.
2. **Operator loop (own a node).** A local operator (a PDO — Public Data Office) buys a Gavedu PM-WANI device. A matching value of GVDT is locked on-chain and vests to them over 24 months — but only while the node stays online (≥90% monthly uptime). Over two years they recover 100% of the hardware cost.
3. **Global investor loop (fund a node).** An international investor buys $2,000 of GVDT on Uniswap and stakes it. Gavedu uses that signal to deploy one new physical node in India. The investor earns yield from that node. Every deployment is a real market buy + locked supply.

## Why it holds together

Real ad revenue funds free internet. Real hardware earns tokens only by working. Real capital deploys real nodes. The token is not the product — **the network is the product, and the token coordinates it.**

## Verify, don't trust

* **GVDT token (Base):** `0x231fABEf034df3465cDA908a1cab9F942e46cB07`
* **On-chain node registry (Base):** `0x45e88Bb55C77B088EF37F66A7a3eB2514D18c8C2` — read the live deployed-node count yourself.

Everything in this whitepaper is checkable on-chain. We ask you to verify, not to trust.
