# Purpose of the White Paper

As an App Provider and PDOA (Public Data Office Aggregator) operating within the PM-WANI framework, Bhumitat is at the forefront of the PM-WANI framework implementation.

In this paper, We introduce GaveduChain and Gavedu PM-WANI public hotspot devices, a custom made wifi hotspot framework with a network Operating System, A Blockchain and AI based Network Management System and Automation with SD-WAN for PM WANI Framework, offering a opportunity that leverages 6G services such as blockchain for edge and infrastructure designed to enhance the infrastructure of PM-WANI public hotspots.

GaveduOS, A network operating system with inbuilt WiFi-Hotspot framework, specifically focuses on the "Ad Sponsored Internet" mechanism instead of traditional recharge based system. This allows end users to enjoy the internet for free and PDOs can get the share from Sponsored Ads. At the heart of this initiative is Gavedu Token (GVDT), a token designed to empower individuals contributing and using the PM WANI framework and infrastructure. The use of smart contracts enables automated and self-executing transactions, reducing the need for intermediary infrastructure such as AAA servers and streamlining the entire user experience.

So, here's How it works with PM WANI Framework,

1\. GVDT represents ownership of PM WANI hotspot devices (PDO stacks their tokens received on device purchase and stacks it for a minimum of one year).

2\. Users collect these tokens by interacting with the ad content presented during wifi hotspot login.

3\. The wifi hotspot users can use tokens in exchange for the number of minutes of broadband internet access.

4\. Burn Contract: 5% of the token used by the wifi user for internet access gets burned.

Gavedu focuses on collaborating with PDOs to deliver free or affordable internet connectivity taking forward the goal of National Digital Communications Policy, 2018 (NDCP). The PDOs will utilize the Gavedu PM WANI Wi-Fi access points deployed and leverage the cloud network infrastructure to provide broadband internet access without worries about any complicated infrastructure or expensive devices. The PDOs, in conjunction with Gavedu, will operate and maintain PM WANI public hotspot Wi-Fi routers or access points, ensuring seamless broadband services to subscribers for free.
